Yes, this is canned butter. It is supposedly shelf stable for 3-5 years. It was easy to do too. Thanks Kristy for letting us make a greasy mess of your kitchen. I feel so domestic. I even made strawberry freezer jam the other day. Who knew I would actually like to do stuff like this?
