The Big 30

Last Friday my husband turned 30. He is getting so old. I can say that because I still have 2 years left. I know he'll make me pay though. We had a great family party at my parents and they were kind enough to keep the kids for us overnight. We came home and had a great evening together. I didn't take any pictures of the party, but Lisa helped me decorate so everything looked great. He's not a huge fan of cake so I made him birthday pies. I went a little overboard, so we had pie for several days. Unfortunately my lemon meringue didn't set up right, but it still tasted great. We ended up with 2 pumpkin pies, an apple pie, a chocolate pie, and the lemon meringue soup pie. It was a lot of fun.
