What do you do with green tomatoes

We pulled everything off our garden yesterday before the frost, and this is what we ended up with. Last year, we made Green Tomato Salsa with our green tomatoes, and it was really good, but it took me 8 hours. I'm not sure I want to do it again. As of now we plan to freeze them whole until we figure out what to do with them. Does anyone have any good ideas, or need green tomatoes? Thanks in advance.

I actually heard that if you leave green tomatoes in a box in your garage over the winter they will ripen gradually and you can eat them in January and February. I guess they're not Quite as Good as vine-ripened, but still better than middle of the winter store bought ones. Wish I had remembered that before I had left the green ones on my vines to languish...
