Green Tomato Bread
I found this recipe for Green Tomato Bread and thought I'd give it a try. It turned out really good. I was surprised. You'd never know there were green tomatoes in it if someone didn't tell you. I added the chocolate chips and that was great. I think next time I might even make the whole thing chocolate. If you have a lot of green tomatoes, I'd suggest giving this a try.
