iPod
Well, we joined the iPod world. This is only because they are relatively cheap for what you get, and iTunes went DRM free. I hated thinking about getting music through them that could only be played on your iPod. Now you can do whatever you want with the stuff you get from iTunes. I bought it for my husband so he can watch TV while he is up patrolling, since the TV up there will no longer work, thanks to the switch to digital. And no, a converter box won't work. As far as I know, Ogden Valley will be without TV signal come February. Anyway, it's pretty cool. It's amazing how good things look on the little screen. I must say, it is a lot of fun to play with. And there are some really cool NOVA podcasts available.

We recently got an iPod too, and I agree... their awesome!
What kind of nerd weirdos watch Nova? :-) I don't know ANYONE like that.
Ogden Valley does get HD I guess due to generous residents.
I am so glad to hear that. I was feeling pretty bad for everyone up there. DTV is great, as long as the signal is coming in.
